So following all of their Seasons releases they are putting out a song to download.
This time it is pre-release, it looks like the album is out… somewhere. The guy at URB has it and says there are a lot of parenting rhymes.
The song is called Shoulda Known. The beat is dope, it is what they were using in Episode One. I got a few other songs from the new album recorded from the Vegoose Music Fest. Hit those up.
For your streaming pleasure, here is Shoulda Known:
I just email slug telling him I will be putting the whole live set online.
I also need to get the songs from my home computer… if you really want a few songs from the new album just hold tight.
I did put in my order for WLGYLPTSG. I think that is what people are dubbing it. Gotta be my man from MN to make such a long title.
You gotta give it up for him for the Nerdy album promotions.
They got a YouTube TV series answering our questions, don’t forget to email him your questions.
They got a free album in addition to all the “season” bad dubs.
Now go on and pre-order that damn album. I did and Slug Dog himself will be signing my kids book. The shit is cheap, less than a twenny twen and that includes shipping. I think you can get it even cheaper at undergroundhiphop.com
Please come back soon, you have the sweet sounds of Slug in Vegas to look forward to.
shen…
PS check out purpletide.com we just sold is to the owner of SNN!
I’ve decided to not upload the MP3’s. If you want to download the live set take a look at etree.org. You will need to know how to download torrents and then also play/burn/convert a FLAC file.
So my favorite underground hip hop group, atmosphere, is putting out an new album coming soon….
I found some great live sets from this past years Vegoose music fest. First came Daft Punk… pretty amazing live shit… then comes Atmosphere’s set… not gonna put up all the tracks… unless you beg.
But I did put 2 and 2 and 12 together, I found a few tracks that are new!
It’s there radio hit, I should have been paying attention to them earlier… My friends have been sponsoring them for a while now. I got it for 99 cents at http://www.tradebit.com/ It seemed a little sketchy but I didn’t want to support snocap, they used to do song fingerprinting…
I figured it was an important step for me… ‘I am thinking of picking up their new cd and also NMB’s album too. They are Hawaiian Hip Hop/Experimental. I just cannot find the MP3 album online to buy; they want to send me a CD. Too old school for me. I went to their CD release after party and they ended not showing up. I would have been able to pick up their cd pre release for ten bones…
Note to Rebelution boys: If get one problem let me know and I fix it quick. It’s your old CD so I figure it’s promotion, plus I am not posting the download link!
So I am not sure if I just was asleep on the internet again but I think a phenomena has just hit mainstream.
MP3 Aggregators, it swoops through the internet looking for those cute little file ending in mp3
Here are a couple:
hypem.com mainly a blog aggregator, you need to submit your site to get listed. Uses to find songs and artists you do not know
seeqpod.com Uses a search engine to crawl through the net and let you search upon its tracks, make playlists and share. Done in flash and also made a iphone version! Uses to find songs and artists you know
They get their tracks from blogs like mine and also big time MP3Blogs like stereogum.com
I am a huge Atmosphere fan, time to spread some love:
Will I be getting an email from Rhymsaysers saying to take them down or face legal action? I doubt it, the files are actually hosted by them, atmospheres record label. If I were to put up a zip of the new album that might be another problem…. If you still want to hear more try my seeqpod atmosphere playlist
